General Manager – Franchise Business We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedGeneral Managerto provide strategic and operational leadership across a growing, franchise business. This individual will report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in driving revenue growth, optimizing operational performance, and developing a strong leadership pipeline. Key Responsibilities • Provide full P&L ownership and ensure consistent financial performance across all locations • Lead, mentor, and develop operational leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals • Establish and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, safety, and customer experience • Drive sales performance through effective team training and accountability structures • Oversee standards for facilities, fleet, equipment, and safety compliance • Build and sustain a strong, performance-driven culture rooted in accountability and collaboration Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations and sales, preferably in a multi-unit or service-based environment • Demonstrated success in managing P&L responsibilities and achieving growth objectives • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead at all organizational levels • Proficiency with modern business tools and software (G-Suite preferred) • A proven track record of problem-solving, process improvement, and team development About the Opportunity This position offers the chance to join a dynamic, growth-oriented organization where results, leadership, and accountability are highly valued.
