We provide the repairs and maintenance service in approx. 12,000 Cross keys Homes properties, Services provided: Responsive repairs, Voids, Disabled adaptations, External and major work and Kitchens and bathroom refurbishments.

About the Role:

As a General Operative you will be working alongside Cross keys Homes providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.

A General Operative with our Peterborough branch. You will be out with a tradesperson supporting residents with repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from ‘job’ to ‘job’, on our day-to-day repairs contract. Part of a local team undertaking high standard General repairs and refurbishment activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service, and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

Role Criteria:

• UK Full Driving licence
• Knowledge with social housing
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to learn on the job
• Basic Carpentry skills
