Mason Health is seeking an Ophthalmology Physician (Ophthalmologist) to join our team in Shelton, Washington (WA).

Position Details:
• Full-spectrum practice with mentorship available
• Outpatient-focused 4-day work week
• Dedicated OR day each week
• Can accommodate sub-specialty interests
• 15-20 patients per day in the clinic - Never pushed based on quantity of patients seen
• Collaborative team seeking a patient focused partner who seeks a practice that offers autonomy
• Visa sponsorship available

Compensation Details:
• Initial recruitment package of $473K
• Sign-on bonus
• Student loan repayment
• 7 Weeks of PTO
• 3 Retirement Options including a Pension Plan
