General Program Manager - PMO

Objective / Purpose of duty:

• Supporting the India Project delivery Organization in terms of driving overall Revenue Management Process.

• Overall forecasting, planning & delivery for India Project execution KPIs.
• Working with cross functional team – sales, finance, operations for necessary support for on-time revenue & Operation KPIs.
• Preparing & present MIS to JCI leadership.
• Closely working with sales for advance planning on forelog opportunities for revenue conversion.
• Driving Organizations initiatives.
• Representing India operations in APAC forums.
• Identifying Challenges, Risk & working on mitigation to ensure flawless revenue delivery.

Skill Set:

· Relevant experience in organizations KPIs.

· Understanding of project execution/project management process.

• Good Communication Skill – Verbal & Written
• Awareness on Presentation Tools – MS Excel, MS power point, Power BI

Qualification:

• Graduate, Postgraduate – Engg, Science, Commerce, Cumputer application or equivalent
• Certification in Management trainings, power BI or similar

Experience:

14-18 years relevant industry experience
