Common expectations for our Sales Team:Â
- Prospect and win new business through developing key relationshipsÂ
- Partner with internal teams, leverage customer analytics, and optimize buying decisions
- Effectively plan to meet and exceed your ongoing business goals and revenue quotas
- Develop a deep understanding of our technology platform and operations
- Study market trends to enable consultative insight
Skills and Experience needed:
- Strong track record of exceeding quotas and rapidly growing your book of business
- Proficiency in using Salesforce, and Zoominfo, with the aptitude to learn new systems
- Working independently with a data-driven mindset for charting a path to sales goalsÂ
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
- Start-up experience preferred
- AEC industry experience is a plus
