General Support Specialist

Team Objective:

- Ensure we maintain customer satisfaction by providing solutions to our owners' and tenants' concerns and educating them if they have concerns about our process and services.

Scope of Support:

- Cater to all kinds of calls in the customer success team queue.

- Work on completing cases that can be resolved from their end.

- If not possible; closely coordinate with the Portfolio Manager who handles the owner/resident’s market with all the needed info to work the case.

- Provide additional support to the business.

- Weekend Coverage
