General Surgeon

Endeavor Health, Edward Hospital, has an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeon, colorectal fellowship trained, to join a fast growing and thriving surgical practice employed with Edward Hospital located in Naperville, IL

This is an extremely desirable Full-time General Surgery position with immense potential for growth. This position is employed and offers competitive compensation, EPIC for EMR, CME, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Opportunity: 

• Join a collegial group, Physicians and Physician Assistants
• The caseload offers a nuanced focus, encompassing the treatment of anorectal diseases, benign and malignant colorectal disorders, and advanced endoscopic procedures.
• The incoming surgeon will engage in a meticulously balanced mix of colorectal and general cases (60/40), with an emphasis on colorectal cases.
• This dynamic position involves 40 medical services hours, thoughtfully distributed between clinic and the operating room.
• Call duties, shared at a ratio of 1:5 on weekdays and weekends, will be coordinated with general surgery physician partners and physician assistants.
