Requirements: 

• MD / DO from an accredited medical school 
• Successful completion of General Surgery residency 
• Open to both new graduate and experienced General Surgeons. 
• General Surgery board certification / board eligibility 
• Valid WI medical license, or the ability to obtain a license prior to start
