This thriving physician owned practice located in the gorgeous Central Lakes region of Minnesota is seeking a general surgeon to join their busy practice at a level 3 trauma center

Practice Details:
• Join a large multi-specialty group of 33 that employs 3 general surgeons
• Enjoy a fulfilling mix of bread & butter general surgery and endoscopy +/- robotics
• Growing Oncology program with opportunity to work in breast surgery & surgical oncology if desired
• 25 Bed Critical Access Hospital - One of the highest volume critical access hospitals in the country!
• 180 clinical days annually - which means up to 80+ days off per year; The most flexible full time schedule you will see!
• Dedicated LPN or MA + AI Scribe
• EPIC EMR

Compensation & Benefits:
• $500K in salary and call compensation + WRVU bonus
• $100K sign-on bonus
• $68K employer contributed 401K every year
• Healthcare Premiums are fully paid by practice, Generous CME stipend & Malpractice Coverage
• $25K toward the down payment on home + paid relocation
