In a General Surgery Specialty Program Coordinator career with LVHN, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Support and coordinate all aspects of specialty program development and patient engagement.
  • Identify and resolve clinical issues that affect patient care, clinical efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Make programmatic improvements related to outcomes through collaboration, project management, and performance improvement.
  • Ensure patient, staff, and community education including care coordination across the continuum and record keeping.

Qualifications
  • Must be Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
  • A Valid Pennsylvania Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
  • Strong medical and surgical background, 2 years required
  • Geriatric Surgical Care, 1-2 years preferred
  • Caring for Ostomy patients, 1-2 years preferred
  • Program oversight, 1-2 years preferred
