Generative AI Engineer - AWS

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our team. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, training, and customizing Generative AI architectures for image-to-text, and/or text-to-image projects. Additionally, you will apply your expertise in Deep Learning for computer vision (CV), timeseries architectures, and other related areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python coding, extensive experience in data science (DS), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning(DL) and Artificial Intelligence(AI), and the ability to independently solve complex problems and lead project teams.

Responsibilities:

Utilize proven hands-on experience with Generative AI architectures to design, train, and customize LLM models for test-to-text, image-to-text, and/or text-to-image projects.

Apply your expertise in ML for CV, including working with images,3D data, video, VR/AR, multimodal data, and sensor fusion.

Implement and customize generative AI architectures and approaches such as finetuning transformer based LLMs using PEFT methods like LoRA, QLoRA etc

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy innovative solutions that leverage generative AI architectures.

Independently think, problem-solve, and drive research and development initiatives in the field of Generative AI and related areas.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field of ML, DL, AI, and DS.

Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience with generative AI architectures, including design, training, and customization for LLM in text-to-text, image-to-text, and/or text-to-image projects.

Demonstrable experience in computer vision model such as YOLO, SAM, Florence, CLIP etc including finetuning of these models.

Minimum of 3 years of coding experience in Python.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in DS, ML, and/or AI.

Ability to think independently and solve complex problems effectively.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire project teams.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

One full cycle project experience in AWS Data & AI Services –Glue, Sagemaker, Bedrock, EMR etc.
