Accountabilities

  • Define, design, and implement systems that support Digital Pathology and Medical Services infrastructure.
  • Own the product vision for the Digital Pathology Generative AI ecosystem.
  • Conduct user research to identify automation opportunities and friction points.
  • Translate clinical needs into technical user stories and prioritize the engineering backlog.
  • Oversee deployment of AI-driven operational improvements in clinical sign-out processes.
  • Partner with regulatory teams to define validation protocols for new software features.
  • Define and track KPIs for product success including adoption rates and time savings.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or Business; Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in healthcare technology or clinical software.
  • Experience with Digital Pathology (IMS/WSI), Radiology (PACS/RIS), or Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS).
  • Proven track record of launching workflow tools that streamline operations.
  • Experience managing AI/ML products and defining human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Understanding of the high-pressure environment of medical professionals.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (CLIA, CAP, HIPAA) as they relate to software validation.
  • Ability to use workflow data to inform product KPIs and roadmap decisions.
