Genesys Cloud Contact Center Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer
Location: Englewood, CO -or- Remote (USA and or Canada)

We are hiring a Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer to join our team and work on the Cloud Contact Center platforms for Genesys Cloud. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of Cloud technology for the Contact Center. You will be responsible for design and development of products, features, unit testing, code reviews and resolve bugs that are discovered in the QA process. You will work in both a test and development production environments. You will work with other Software Engineers, Project Managers, and other team members. For Senior Software Engineers, you will be responsible for mentoring others and helping with the onboarding process.
Qualifications For Success:• 3-5 years experience in Genesys Cloud experience - Required• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or engineering highly desired• (Software Engineer): 2 or more years of IVR and ACD development experience• (Sr. Software Engineer) 8 or more years of IVR and ACD development experience• (Software Engineer) 1 or more years of experience with scripting• (Sr. Software Engineer) 4 or more years of experience with scripting• Additional cloud telephony experience. For example, CXone, Five9, Talkdesk, Amazon Connect, Twilio, or 8X8 telephony platform experience is preferred.

Applicants can expect to make between $90,000 to $170,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition, this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus up to 5% Software Engineer and 10% Sr. Software Engineer.
