Genesys Senior Cloud Engineer - Remote

The Genesys Senior Cloud Engineer Supports development and execution of cloud implementation strategy within organization's existing IT infrastructure. The Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

Humana is seeking a Genesys Senior Software Engineer that will:

• Design, develop, test, document and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Genesys platform based on industry best practices, as well as business needs
• Collaborate with business analysts and technical architecture team to analyze business requirements and translate them into customized solutions
• Support DevOps approach that includes continuous migration of development modules
• Play technical SME role on projects to design Salesforce Solution design, provide technical walkthrough to Genesys developers
• Provide technical leadership on projects by providing necessary guidance to junior team members to follow Genesys best practices.
• Accountable for Genesys technical delivery - Build, System Testing handover/co-ordination, Tech. documentation and deployment activities
• Resolve Critical Production Support issues and perform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications involving strategies to solve complex

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Genesys PureCloud experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare experience
