GEOINT AWS System Administrator

We are seeking an onsite GEOINT System Administrator onsite supporting AWS Cloud services for mission-critical systems. Support includes data collection for Hyper Spectral Imagery (HSI) / High-Resolution Imagery (HRI) projects for essential/critical capabilities to exploit Multi-spectral and Hyperspectral imagery missions; applying advanced techniques such as micro-services, implement algorithms, scripts, and codes to support a variety of Geospatial intelligence problems.

This position is onsite in the Springfield VA area.
GEOINT AWS System Administrator Required Skills and Experience:
- Must have active TS/SCI Clearance
- BS in Computer Science or in a related field along with 8-10 years of experience with supporting system admin with AWS Cloud and/or data science solutions years providing ETL support
- System Administration and Information Management knowledge and related experience
- Experience in defense or intelligence community supporting GEOINT data management and processes
- Develop, configure, and maintain AWS Cloud Services
- Perform daily and weekly system backups and recovery
- Track and report system problems, errors, failures, and downtime metrics
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve issues
- Train customers on the proper usage of the software
- Evaluate and install security patches
- Create accounts and set up user-specific access
- Maintain group policies and procedures
- Must have AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (AWS CCP), AWS Developer, AWS Solutions Architect
GEOINT System Administrator Desired Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of GEOINT life-cycle product and service offerings, and needs of GEOINT partner customers
- Knowledge of the GEOINT mission
- Agile project and technical requirements management
- Technical Requirements Management
