Your Opportunity

Do you love data? Stantec Geospatial Services has an exciting Intern opportunity in San Antonio, TX. This role will offer the opportunity to develop your skills in data analytics and geospatial technology to prepare for a long-term career in an exciting field.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assists with geospatial field crew projects of all sizes while working on multiple projects concurrently
• Assist Crew Chief and Instrument operator with day to day field operations, which will include, digging, brush clearing and flagging in all terrains
• Contribute to team projects
• Additional responsibilities may be given based on experience.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Self-motivated and passionate about our work
• Strong time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• The ability to work with others, as well as independently.

Education and Experience

• Current progression towards earning a bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, Geomatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• MS Office, Excel and SharePoint and Power BI will be desired.
