Your Role and Responsibilities
The Project Manager/DPE HR/Payroll is responsible for the overall project plan budget structure schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization; For managing the efforts of IBM and Client employees as well as third-party vendors to ensure that an integrated solution is provided to meet the Client’s needs as well as retaining overall responsibility for costs schedule and contractual deliverables.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
– Possuir conhecimento de nível especializado é necessário em metodologias de PM tecnologias emergentes e arquiteturas técnicas pertencentes ao Cliente atendido e a visão para influenciar as ações dos Clientes;
– Ampla compreensão de Planejamento (planejamento estratégico planejamento de P&L e balanço patrimonial planejamento de RH planejamento de capital planejamento de projetos planejamento de produção e capacidade planejamento operacional e de vendas etc.) Previsão (previsão de longo prazo previsões contínuas caixa previsão de fluxo etc.) Modelagem e Fechamento Financeiro;
– Nível Superior Completo;
– Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial alocado no cliente na região de Santo André/SP.
Principais atividades:
– Garantir que as necessidades do Cliente sejam satisfeitas por meio da formulação desenvolvimento implementação e entrega de soluções de processo em resposta aos requisitos do Cliente expressos em solicitações de serviço aprovadas;
– Responsável pelo plano geral do projeto orçamento estrutura cronograma e requisitos de pessoal para a organização de entrega;
– Gerenciar os esforços dos funcionários da IBM e do Cliente bem como de fornecedores terceirizados para garantir que uma solução integrada seja fornecida para atender às necessidades do Cliente;
– Detém a responsabilidade geral pelos custos cronograma e entregas contratuais.
