Geriatric Medicine | 100% OP | No Call | $325K Base | Springfield, IL

This long-standing, Midwest health system is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine provider to join its growing group, offering highly competitive compensation and provider incentives for unmatched work-life balance.

Position details:
• 100% outpatient geriatric medicine; no IP or nursing home rounds
• Excellent provider autonomy and flexibility - option for a 4- or 5-day workweek schedule
• Start and end your day on time every day - no walk-ins; scheduled patients only
• Incredible support staff including 3 RNs, 4 MAs, 1 rad tech, 1 phlebotomist, 1 pharmacist, and 1 social worker
• EPIC EMR, Dragon dictation, and AI scribe for optimal clinical efficiency
• Previous geriatric medicine experience or Geriatric Fellowship required

Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive never-ending base salary starting at $325K and commensurate with experience
• $215K provider incentive package to include commencement bonus, relocation bonus, housing bonus, and student loan repayment paid directly to provider
• Fellowship Stipend: $2500/month
