Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an experienced Geriatrician to join the Center for Memory Loss and Brain Health at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, New Jersey. This physician will play a key role within the dementia center, overseeing clinical care, supporting research, and advancing educational programs related to dementia and geriatric medicine.

• Participate in the “GUIDE “model of care for Dementia
• Lead the clinical, educational, research, and operational aspects of the Dementia Center
• Provide ambulatory and inpatient consultative care focused on dementia and geriatrics
• Support and develop care protocols and outcomes to enhance patient-centered care
• Engage in teaching and curriculum development for medical students, residents, and fellows
• Eligibility for faculty appointment to the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine

Requirements Include

• D./D.O. degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School
• Completion of a fellowship in geriatric medicine in a recognized institution.
• Board-certified/Board-eligible in Internal Medicine/Geriatrics.
• Ability to obtain New Jersey Medical License, DEA and CDS license.
• Experience in cognitive assessments, dementia management, geriatric medicine and/or an affiliation with an academic institution.
