German CSR

Responsibilities:

• Serve as first line customer support
• Communicate effectively and kindly with our customers
• Alleviate frustrations in an empathetic manner
• Communicate well regarding the learnings from being front-line support back to the team so we may all learn from these experiences and improve the product offering
• Follow up effectively on open issues in a proactive manner
• Work cross-functionally with other customer support representatives and product owners

Requirements:

• Strong English and German skills are required
• Track record of delivering positive customer support experiences
• Strong written, verbal communication, spoken and analytical skills
• Provide a private home office space with reliable internet connectivity
• Prior experience as a Technical Support Representative is desirable
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
