The Role
The Bilingual Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer support to our German-speaking and English-speaking clients. This role requires excellent communication skills in both languages, the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do:
- Provide high-quality customer service and support via phone, email, and chat in both German and English.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer solutions promptly and effectively.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, order processing, and technical issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
What we expect from you:
- Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in a bilingual customer service role is a plus.
