The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of administrative tasks including data entry document management and coordination of team activities.

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in managing data through Excel and Google Sheets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams providing support on reporting data analysis and process improvement initiatives.

• Provide clear and concise communication in both German and English.

• Monitor project progress and assist in problem-solving when necessary.

• Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement ensuring quality and efficiency in operations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).

• Experience working in administrative roles (e.g. Administrative Assistant Office Manager).

• Proficient in using Excel and Google Sheets with strong data entry and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and an analytical data-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in the food and hospitality industry.

Compensation

Type : Hourly

Remuneration : $10 Hourly.

Working hours : 9 AM - 6 PM CET
