GGL Operations Specialist
Job Description
Job Purpose:
To complete GGL operations functions: including but not limited to 1502 reporting and submission, secondary market sales, boarding of loans, various loan maintenance tasks
Job Responsibilities:
1.
Prepare and submit monthly 1502 reports
2.
Facilitate the bid process to competitively sell SBA loans on the secondary market
3.
Prepare Form 1086 and coordinate with trade banks to sell SBA loans on the secondary market
4.
Board SBA loans to the system after loan funding
5.
Understand all SBA loan GL movement as part of the loan boarding process
6.
Board SBA secondary market participations to the system
7.
Track and verify all secondary market sales including the gain on sale
8.
Facilitate loan payments, loan advances and other regular loan maintenance for the life of SBA loans
9.
Complete boarding reviews of SBA loans
10.
Build customer profiles in the system
11.
Facilitate online banking and deposit account maintenance such as overdrafts
Note: Incumbent may be asked to perform other non-essential duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications: Describe the minimum qualifications needed to complete the job responsibilities.
Education
Undergraduate degree preferred
Experience
2+ years in GGL lending
