GI - Program Director | near Houston | $1M+ Annual Income | Teaching Opp.

A thriving, 370-bed hospital located on the Southern Texas Coast, just an hour from Houston, are seeking a full-time GI physician to oversee their new fellowship program starting in 2027.

As Program Director, the incoming GI physician will be in a role that is split between director and teaching opportunities and clinical/procedural time.

The Position:
• Practice alongside and share call with 3 other GI physicians
• Oversee and work closely with leadership and administration to start and develop GI fellowship program
• Monday-Thursday schedule, 1 full admin day per week
• Perform procedures in morning and see patients in clinic in the afternoon
• Average of 6-10 procedures per day; ERCP option

Compensation:
• Negotiable Base Salary up tp $850K
• Annual Program Director stipend of $135K
• Total income is well into the $1M+ range with wRVU upside
• Sign-on of $50K, Student Loan Repayment options, CME, 25 days PTO, Full Benefits + Retirement/401K
