GIAM Functional (FID) & Bot ID Program Analyst (C12) - AVP

Global Identity & Access Management (GIAM) Governance is a global organization within Citi's Chief Information Security Office that manages the principle of least privilege by providing Citi staff and clients with seamless and secure access to the resources they need at the right time with efficient, resilient operations and the right embedded controls. The GIAM Programs & Governance portfolio provides enterprise access strategy, oversight and governance, manage risk reduction efforts enterprise wide. Access management programs are designed to enhance transparency and are continuing to improve the quality of entitlement reviews, centralizing, and simplifying governance and oversight of Functional and Privileged IDs, and creating efficiencies through standardized processes, controls, and technology.

Job Description:

The FID and Bot ID Governance senior analyst position is responsible for ensuring that Citi has specific, defined controls in place to protect against the risk surrounding the use of both FID and Bot IDs.

GIAM Governance Functional ID & Bot ID Program Senior Analyst Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as GIAM Project Manager for projects and efforts relating to FID & Bot ID Governance
• Execute meetings and communicate complex security topics and safe IS practices with all levels of the organization, especially for FID and BOT
• Maintain strong relationships with key Information Security and Business sector partners.
• Identify potential information security (IS) risks and make recommendations for enhancement
• Collect and analyze security risk evidence and coordinate with internal and external compliance and auditing agencies / officials
• Provide IS consulting services, including interpreting and/or clarifying information security policy, procedures, standards or concepts
• Assist with defining and implementing IS standards to align procedures and practices in compliance with Citi standards
• Validate compliance with IS policies, practices, and procedures, and resolve a variety of IS related issues in coordination with the business
• Ensure that Citi has specific, defined controls in place to protect against the risks surrounding the use of Functional IDs.
• Gather and interpret data using statistical techniques and provide both reporting and analysis to partners and senior leadership
• Educate and advise on safe information security practices and current, changing, and/or recommended information security requirements
• Cross-functional coordination with Information Security Programs, Quality Assurance, Operations, Technology, Sector Representatives, and IAM.
• Facilitate the analysis and documentation of business requirements
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3 - 6 Years of project management experience with proven initiative and ability to champion a project from conception through to implementation.
• 3 + years of experience in Technical Project Management, Information Security, Computer Science, Privileged Access Management or Cyber Security.
• Strong Data Analysis, Reporting, and Data Mining skills a plus
• Strong creative, analytic, and organization skills.
• Excellent Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to negotiate & influence, often at a senior level.
• Ability to work independently - self-starter with solid research skills.
• Proven influencing and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of global regulatory guidelines, industry standard security practices, Citi's corporate information security policies and compliance control
• Knowledge of web-based platforms such as Microsoft Jive, SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence and other web-authoring tools
