- Thorough understanding of Esri ArcGIS suite of products including Desktop (ArcGIS Pro) ArcGIS Enterprise (Server Portal Data Store) and enterprise Geodatabase (SDE)
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities and system performance tuning experience
- Familiar with all Digital infrastructure Windows OS Web Servers etc.
- Thorough understanding of publishing various web services (map service feature service geoprocessing service etc) to GIS servers

Exp Level 2-5 years
- Thorough understanding of Esri ArcGIS suite of products including Desktop (ArcGIS Pro) ArcGIS Enterprise (Server Portal Data Store) and enterprise Geodatabase (SDE)
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities and system performance tuning experience
- Familiar with all Digital infrastructure Windows OS Web Servers etc.
- Thorough understanding of publishing various web services (map service feature service geoprocessing service etc) to GIS servers
- Working knowledge on Oracle SQL and PL/SQL .
- Strong scripting background with Python and popular modules (Pandas/GeoPandas Numpy SQLAlchemy etc).
- Spatial data ETL automation experience with Arcpy and ArcGIS API for Python.
- Thorough understanding of the REST service protocol
- Understanding of cloud migration and modernization
