The opportunity:
•  Join a group of 8 Ophthalmologists and 11 Optometrists offering a full range of eye care services to their community.
•  Work in a friendly and supportive environment with a well-trained and highly skilled staff.
•  Practice at the top of your license with higher surgical volumes and enjoy easy consults with other sub-specialties located in-house.
•  Primary location is adjacent to practice owned surgical center with a staff that is well versed in ophthalmic surgery.
•  Extraordinary work/life balance with 1:8 call, no weekends, holidays or nights.

Compensation Details:
•  Transparent 2-year partnership track with total earnings above 90th percentile and top earners making $1 million+.
•  Competitive, guaranteed base salary with lucrative production bonus year 1 and 2.
•  Recruiting incentives include $50K sign-on bonus and relocation allowance.
•  Generous 6+ weeks of PTO plus 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend.
