Global Account Director

• Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with senior decision makers on client side (both at group & division level)
• Designing and planning for smooth, fast deployments and adoption of Worksome
• Planning for strong governance around Mutual Success Plans (MSPs) and delivering on expectations and milestones
• Planning and orchestrating regular business reviews with clients to ensure continuous growth and progression and to maintain healthy relationships
• Identifying and going after opportunities for growth

• Experience with consultative sales 
• Leadership traits enabling you to understand how to empower, coach and support your colleagues
• Clear communicator who is able to set goals and direction, as well as set expectations 
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and plan ahead 
• Understanding of how to manage internal stakeholders
