Job Description

Commercial Operations tie together strategy and roles, supported by digital applications and analytics. Commercial Operations is focused on the following:
- Align to customer expectations and the needs of those working with our customers
- Build sales strategy & and commercial readiness capability to ensure success.
- Ensure Outcome-based Selling, both for sales leaders and for collaborative selling teams
- Ensure a foundation of reliable data and simplified processes so we make better, faster decisions.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Operations, the Adoption Specialist is essential to the use of new technologies and initiatives across the GSM organization. As the Adoption Specialist, you will develop and implement adoption strategies into a "playbook" and will work with the regions to ensure understanding and support for adoption plans.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive adoption strategies and plans and consolidate an "adoption playbook".
- Engage with partners across regions, functions and COE to ensure agreement and support for technology adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure holistic adoption efforts.
- Implement Day 1 guides to increase adoption by showing how the functionality will help improve user experience.
- Prioritize the enhancement request for the functionality working with the regions and the function based on outcomes to increase growth.
- Lead change management efforts, addressing resistance and facilitating smooth transitions.
- Collect and analyze feedback to refine adoption strategies and improve user experience.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure adoption progress.
- Build a framework to provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Maintain documentation of adoption plans, training materials, and resources.
- Deliver training programs to equip end-users gain the necessary skills and knowledge for successful use.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform adoption strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and legal requirements.
- Conduct post-adoption assessments to measure long-term impact on organizational performance.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- The ability to travel 10% of the time
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- You have more than 5 years of experience driving change management. You preferably have experience working within sales, program management, or executive communications.
- Experience with modern selling and ability to build and communicate strategy.
- Collaborative style, which can create agreement across indirect reporting lines and peer groups.
- Project management or continuous improvement certification
