Description
Yahoo is seeking an Global Agency Lead for a specific agency or set of agencies. In this role, you will directly manage executive agency relationships and agency partnerships, ultimately serving as their Yahoo Ambassador and trusted advisor, while driving Yahoo's media, data and platform revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build Yahoo Semi-Annual Strategic Plan for assigned agencies, including analysis of Agency revenue and clear coverage plan
- Build and elevate relationships at the highest levels within the assigned agencies, C-Suite, Senior Agency Influencers to continuously uncover strategic opportunities to drive Yahoo revenue on a global, regional, and local level
- Identify and collaborate across the team to educate and inform the agencies about the Holding Company Annual Commercial Agreement, as well as key pillars of focus (e.g. Data, Platform adoption, eCommerce and DE&I)
- Partner with internal sales teams to contribute to develop opportunities within the US to identify opportunities for account growth and share cross-region account success to unlock revenue across markets on global accounts (e.g US, CA, UK, LATAM, APAC)
- Collaborate with a number of internal specialists (i.e. data, platform) as needed to meet Holding Company Strategic Plan requirements and deliverables
- Agency account management including, but not limited to: maintaining contact lists, establishing meeting cadence with (internal and external) key stakeholders, seeking out new relationships/contacts, developing quarterly business reviews, organizing and coordinating agency education initiatives, fulfilling ad hoc agency request and breaking down obstacles .
- Lead or contribute to Yahoo's tentpole senior-level engagements and activations (i.e CES, Cannes, DMexco AdWeek) with assigned agencies
- Served as a SME focused on refining our ecommerce strategy to increase the product adoption across Omnicom
- Keep abreast of Yahoo capabilities and product offerings via distance learning and on-site training
- Leverage the latest in Salesforce and Quip to maintain all documentation
- Strong Internal communication (written and verbal), ensuring Sales, Agency Team, and other department leaders are well informed

If hired for this position in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $237,750.00 - $396,250.00. The compensation may vary depending on your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include additional incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, plus equity incentives. Yahoo provides industry-leading benefits including healthcare, retirement, company holidays, vacation, sick time, parental leave and an employee assistance program.
