Position Overview
The Global Associate Manager, Projects & Technology, plays a pivotal role supporting Autodesk Workplace's strategic goal of facility development, digitization, and data management from design through operations. This role will be directly involved in Autodesk's capital projects and support technology initiatives that will positively impact the Workplace experience at Autodesk. This role will sit in the Workplace and Technology Global Projects team and reports into the Director, Global Projects with a dotted line into the Global BIM Manager.
Responsibilities
- Setup, Coordinate, and Support the Project Delivery process for global Tenant Improvement projects for Autodesk Workplace. This will involve multiple platforms with a focus on Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Audit Project data and documentation for an effective handover from the Construction phase to the Operations phase of a facility's lifecycle and proactively manage gaps as needed
- Assist with administration for the Workplace Ticketing platform. Provide setup, technical support, training, and troubleshooting as needed to successfully maintain the Workplace Ticketing, Maintenance, Asset Management platform
- Support and/or lead capital construction projects overseeing planning, design, Construction, and Closeout of a Project
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess strong knowledge of best practices in Workplace Operations and Facilities Management
- Experience coordinating initiatives and driving efforts across multiple regions, languages, and time-zones with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong administrative, communication, and data-management skills with expertise in the Office 365 Suite/ Teams and Power BI
- Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks, problem-solve remotely with minimal supervision, and record progress, track, and escalate issues accordingly
- Collaborative, dedicated to quality, and desire for continuous learning in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years experiences working with CAFM tool preferably an IWMS platform
- 2+ years experiences in project management
- Preferred: 2+ years working with CAD & BIM applications in a design or construction capacity

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $82,900 and $143,000. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
