Associate Product Manager - Global Plates & Screws

Reporting to the Global Product Director, the Associate Product Manager has global marketing responsibility for the planning and execution of strategic projects across the Trauma Plate & Screw portfolio.

Independently or as part of a cross-functional team, the Associate Product Manager will work towards the development and execution of the plate & screw value proposition, will drive the management of activities that are shaping and simplifying the plate & screw portfolio, and will start to implement projects that directly impact the profitable growth of the plate & screw portfolio.

The Associate Product Manager will lead and collaborate with internal and external partners and act as the owner of programs that will support the worldwide S+N commercial organization. Team leadership involves creating and fostering a team culture, one that supports and promotes collaboration with the other cross functional teams to ensure an aligned commercial approach.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of marketing assets to communicate the value proposition of the plate & screw portfolio.
• Supporting the regional marketing teams with day-to-day product needs.
• Marketing liaison for product support development team.
• Support Global Product Manager with new product development activities.
• Represent plates & screws at industry meetings and medical education meetings by supporting labs and staffing the exhibit hall.
• Assist in cadaveric validation labs.
• Create and execute integrated communication plans regarding new product launches or product changes.
• Assists with Sales Training efforts by supporting instrument drills and leading training sessions on focus products

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:

• Professional experience within marketing, product management, or any other med device function preferred but not required.

Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills required, specifically the ability to distill complex information into a simple message.
• Excellent Presentation Skills
• Self-starter who is able to identify areas where they can contribute and takes initiative to assist where needed.
• Ability to learn highly technical skills regarding internal fracture fixation.
• Microsoft Office Suite

Location:

• Memphis, TN. Relocation will be considered.
