We are seeking to add a Global Benefits Analyst to our Compensation & Benefits team who has a passion for all things Health and Wellness. This role will help administer and coordinate all health and wellness programs for the company. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Global Benefits, and support everything globally benefits related.
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for the administration of employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, spending accounts, disability programs, leave of absence, and retirement/pension accounts
- Manage reconciliation and payment of all benefits invoices managing against budgets to ensure accuracy
- Assist with compliance-related matters, in partnership with external vendors including (but not limited to) completion of Form 5500, ACA filing, annual audits, and non-discrimination testing
- Partner with Senior Manager to coordinate and implement open enrollment - including planning, communications, benefit plan materials, integrations, and employee support
- Conduct research on health and wellness offerings, make recommendations, and partner with Senior Manager on benefits strategy
- Provide outstanding customer service to employees regarding benefit-related questions - partnering with vendors and brokers to ensure full completion
- Manage administration of employee leave process including the completion of paperwork, collection of documentation, balancing payments, etc.
- Build and generate ad hoc reporting including census data, enrollment data, utilization, etc.
- Partner with internal collaborators (i.e. ERGs, HRBPs, etc.) on benefit offerings and how they can directly impact the business
What You Have
- BA or similar college-level education in HR, Psychology, or a related degree
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR coordinator or coordinating benefit programs
- Knowledge of Leave of Absence laws and compliance requirements on a global scale
- Demonstrated ability to remain organized, implement, and produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred)

The base salary at the time of hire for this position is expected to be between $55,350 - $92,500. Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits, and successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
