We have an opening within Envoy's dedicated Human Resources team for an experienced Global Benefits Manager to join us on a full time, permanent basis. Our Global Benefits Manager will be responsible for strategically managing a competitive and equitable benefit program for our US, Global entities, and our Envoy Global affiliate firms. We are searching for a creative thinker and benefit expert to complement our fantastic team!
As our Global Benefits Manager, you will be required to:
- Manage US, global, and affiliate company benefits administration and maintain relationship with benefit brokers and carriers.
- Maintain in depth understanding of global benefits landscape and provide expertise in both technical aspects of benefit plan administration and market trends.
- Define and establish strategic benefit communication campaigns, education, and knowledge tools for Envoy Global and affiliate firm employees to ensure a positive benefit services experience.
- Support the due diligence process and administer benefit programs, including the design and integration of benefit programs through mergers and acquisitions, and new global entities.
- Ensure benefit and 401(k) inquiries related to enrollments, qualified life events, COBRA, and other related inquiries are fulfilled.
- Lead all regulatory compliance activities for benefit and retirement plans related to ACA, ERISA, DOL, and state statutes, etc.
- Lead annual open enrollment and special open enrollment activities during the integrations of new entities, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Manage leave administration including including FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD, etc.
- Participate in wellness initiatives and meetings, driving employee engagement.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, the Payroll team, the Finance team, and the Legal team, and maintaining strong and supportive interdepartmental relationships to offer and receive assistance where necessary.
- Successfully sunset former benefit and 401k plans of acquired and merged entities.
To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- 5+ years benefit experience, preferably with a global or multi-entity company.
- Working knowledge of state, federal, and global regulatory compliance in benefits and absence management, specifically in the state of CA and city of San Francisco.
- Intermediate MS Excel including V-Lookups.
- Strong ability to navigate through new HRIS quickly.
- Desire to support the evolving total rewards strategy for a growing organization.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions preferred.
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or other certification preferred.

SALARY
USD $90,000 Min – USD $110,000 Max OTE
