In your Brand Manager role, you'll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.
The Global Brand Manager is a strategic brand building leader that will be responsible for developing the product innovation priorities that deliver on the Global Brand Strategies, Global Brand Profile, and Brand Architecture with a primary focus on the Kleenex brand benefit platforms.
In this role you will develop cohesive and consumer-inspired innovation plans to deliver on financial sector growth goals by working with cross-functional and multi-national business teams. Efforts will include global business analysis, deep consumer understanding and insight generation, and strategic & creative choices in order drive the brand's innovation pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Create innovation pipeline & claims pathways that drive 3 to10 year growth strategies and manage the brand's consumer led global
- Leverage Design Thinking tools to provide structure with agility to the global innovation process while uncovering creative ways at solving consumers unmet needs (Understand, Envision and Prototype)
- Represent the global Family Care sector as the key point of contact for innovation and product development touchpoints
- Partners with Consumer Insights and Analytics team to lead process of deepening our consumer understanding, category relevant trends, and identify unmet needs. Deep understanding of developing consumer relevant winning concepts and testing
- Capturing consumer insights, translating those insights into value, and commercializing to capture that value
- Manages the brand foundational tools such as brand purpose and promise, segmentation, brand architecture and benefit platforms.

In this role you will join the Family Care team and report to Marketing Director and plays a pivotal role to influence and lead breakthrough projects for one of Kimberly Clarks most iconic global brands.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA or graduate level degree in related field preferred
- 7 years' experience supporting brand growth through innovation or translating consumer insights into action, ideally within the consumer goods industry
- Experience in all facets of marketing / brand management (segmentation, positioning, market research and consumer insight development, new product development, pricing, and promotions, advertising, and digital marketing).
- Proven experience building, budgeting, and executing both long term strategic and short-term operational marketing plans that have resulted in above average business growth and performance
