About the Team
Revenue Marketing drives new enterprise client acquisition and expansion pipeline for Miro across three regions - AMER (North America, Latin America), EMEA and JPAC (Japan, APAC). The team uses analytics to find opportunities and then diverse marketing techniques to drive awareness and deepen client relationships with a focus on user and revenue growth. The team includes marketers embedded with all of our country-based go-to-market teams on almost every continent. Revenue Marketing partners closely with many functions at Miro including Product Marketing, Brand and Communications, Sales, and Customer Success. Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with 2 days a week in the office for all members of the Marketing team.
Successful revenue marketers at Miro think like general managers of their area: flexible but constantly seeking mastery, with strong customer empathy, creative problem-solving, research, synthesis, and analytical skills. They are able to shift from high-level strategy to tactical marketing execution and possess a bias towards personal accountability and action. Much of the team's work starts with cross-functional experiments that lead to bigger investments with global scale.
About the Role
The Global Marketing Campaign's team charter is to support high touch ARR goals by fueling Global Field and Demand Gen teams with powerful content centered programs. We aim to scale global marketing programs in order to influence regional revenue goals and deliver consistent, high-quality, high impact experiences. We are experience oriented, sales-aligned and partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Brand, Marketing Ops and others to co-create and execute end-to-end campaigns which drive Enterprise business growth.
As a Global Campaign Manager, you will partner deeply across the greater Marketing organization to synthesize global content and messaging into programs for Demand Gen and Field to launch locally resulting in more high touch new logo and expansion pipeline. Being part of the Global Campaigns team requires a deep knowledge of Miro's key value propositions and messaging, Revenue Marketing objectives and an understanding of what the Sales needs to win more revenue. You should be an orchestrator by nature, a team collaborator and a content enthusiast who thinks both strategically and tactically.
What you'll do

  • Design a comprehensive roadmap and execution strategy of content centered Marketing programs aligned to priority personas, verticals and/or segments aligned deeply with our GTM PMM team and Content & Comms team
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to established targets
  • Own internal communications and reporting for your campaign(s), keeping key stakeholders informed throughout the planning and execution process
  • Build content, tools, and process to enable regional marketers to effectively use campaign programs in their local marketing calendars
  • Work closely with the creative team, content creators, and external agencies to develop impactful marketing assets and collateral
  • Scale the impact of global Marketing programs by acting as the bridge between Field Marketing and cross functional marketing teams supporting demand generation
  • Establish feedback loops with regional marketers and sales leaders to understand local customer needs and refine campaign strategies for relevance and impact


What you'll need

  • 7+ years of field marketing, integrated campaign marketing, and/or global programs experience in an enterprise software, B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Proven track record of successful partnerships with cross-functional teams and external vendors/agencies
  • Deep understanding of campaign launch process including messaging/content concept creation, audience targeting, timing, execution and alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Previous experience working with across time-zones with globally distributed go-to-market teams
  • Highly results driven with outstanding analytical ability; demonstration of a metrics-driven approach to success and can show meaningful ROI
  • Clear communicator that can be articulated across all altitudes of stakeholders (individual contributors to c-staff)
  • Excellent written communication skills with a knack for documenting the details
  • Proficient in Marketo, SFDC, Looker, Asana, Confluence required
