This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns on a global scale. As a Global Campaigns Manager, you will drive the full campaign lifecycle—from initial concept and messaging to launch, optimization, and performance reporting—directly influencing pipeline growth, qualified leads, and revenue impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, creative, content, localization, marketing operations, and regional stakeholders to ensure campaigns are both globally aligned and locally relevant. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of multiple global multi-channel campaigns per quarter across multiple regions, ensuring consistent growth in pipeline and qualified opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, partnering cross-functionally with product, web, creative, content, localization, marketing operations, and regional teams.
  • Launch integrated global campaigns that establish category leadership and drive measurable pipeline, leads, and revenue.
  • Develop and scale demand generation initiatives, including webinars and virtual events, to sustain MQL growth and audience engagement.
  • Oversee and optimize paid media investments across platforms such as LinkedIn and Google, including budget allocation, performance analysis, and ROI tracking.
  • Establish data-driven testing frameworks and reporting cadences, analyzing campaign performance and sharing insights with executive stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to align stakeholders on shared goals and deliver high-impact marketing outcomes.
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing B2B technology marketing campaigns.
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, brand, and events.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable with campaign performance measurement, data analysis, and presenting insights to leadership.
