What We Are Looking For:
As a Global Channel Solutions Consultant, you represent the company as a technical advisor tasked with building excitement and support for the company with the partnerâs sales and technical teams. You will travel and take ownership of the technical relationship with our channel partners to demo, train, enable, communicate with and continually engage technical partner team members by proactively managing and delivering technical content and building relationships either onsite, online, and via telephone. You will lead specific ISV/SI validation and recruitment analysis, enablement, training and communication activities aligned with BAND objectives. In the Global Channel SC role, you will primarily work with BAND Sales and Channel & Alliances teams to create and execute on the overall Alliances and Channel business plan, leveraging the regional SEs and regional sales teams to help drive and facilitate that plan.
What You'll Do:
- Build relationships with key Alliances & Channel Resell Partners and Bandwidth Global Solutions team.
- Focus on enablement and relationship building for assigned # of ISVs, SIs, and Channel resell partners.
- Management and creation of technical enablement plans across the Channel, incorporating partner input that differentiates solutions for target segments. Drive development priorities into Offer Roadmaps.
- Own, monitor, report on, and drive technical enablement activities for assigned partner base
- Represent Bandwidth as our technical expert on UC, CC, CPaaS, UPaaS, e911, messaging, voice AI, BI & reporting, compliance, communications networking, competition and channels business dynamics
- Enable partner success through leadership of lab integrations, technology demonstrations, best practices sessions & workshops
- Foster trust by incorporating partner SEs in sales presentations for Co-selling opportunities while reinforcing and refining Bandwidthâs value proposition for vertical markets.
- Coordinate partner training activities with Bandwidth corporate, marketing, operations and product resources as appropriate.
- Technical support for all sell-with and direct sales effort, collaborating with partner SEs, Bandwidth Global SEs and sales.
What You Need:
- Experience designing, selling, demonstrating, commissioning and troubleshooting Enterprise Communications Solutions and infrastructure products
- 10+ years of Carrier and Voice Communications Solutions Sales, Systems Engineering experience
- 7+ years of Systems Engineering experience supporting Voice & Communications technologies and solutions
- Ability to work independently while following prescribed Channel Enablement Plans or equivalent, and 5+ years of experience as an SE preferably in a partner-facing role.
- Travel of approximately 50% within resident/home region
- Self-motivated individual who takes a very friendly and helping-hand approach
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally. Can passionately deliver high-level messaging
- Strong problem-finding and solving skills, ability to analyze complex problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution, even under duress
- Superior organizational skills
