What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree required (Communications, Public Affairs, Journalism, Environmental Management or related field strongly preferred).
• 6-8 years' experience across internal and external communications, with sustainability communications experience strongly preferred.
• Regional or global experience is preferred.
• Experience within agency or NGO is welcomed.
• High autonomy.
• As a member of the Mars Wrigley Corporate Affairs team, this Associate will support our future growth plans and help build reputation and trust internally with our Associates and externally with key stakeholders.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Reputation: Build a positive reputation for Mars Wrigley by delivering a best-in-class communications plan surrounding our cocoa strategy. Raise awareness for our sustainability agenda on cocoa with a view to further strengthen our reputation and lay the groundwork for policy advocacy, in partnership with the Public Affairs team.
• Content Creation: The development and production of quality content, including video, that enhances our corporate and brand cocoa storytelling.
• Media Management: Engaging with key journalists, media and influencers as needed in support of reputation goals.
• Agency Management: Support strategic smooth running of day-to-day partnership and engagement.
• Associate Communication: Deliver an internal communications strategy in partnership with the global segment CA team to build excitement and engagement with Associates. Equip our leaders to deliver effective and compelling communications around Cocoa.
