Global Consumer Marketing Specialist (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Functionally lead global cross-functional development teams to develop NPD through the Stage Gate Process and other category projects (value engineering & harmonization).

• Conduct market research to qualify NPD & retail pricing recommendations.

• Develop packaging basic design; brief & execute digital kits for projects and align communication brief with Brand & Communication team.

• Craft innovation and renovation selling stories and initiate trade bundle preparation.

• Lead strategic category initiatives.

• Manage project budget.

• Main contact person for Regional Marketing Team for category relevant questions.

• Support the Global Marketing Director in key projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, or related field strongly preferred.

• The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the US market, while also possessing Global experience.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in FMCG marketing (market research/product development) and innovation.

• CPG background required - must understand the dynamics of consumer, shoppers, retail trends and insights, category and competitors’ activities.

• Fluent in English (additional languages beneficial as this role works globally).

• Management of cross-functional teams, including the ability to work with and as part of an international / multi-cultural team.

• Excellent project management skills.
