Global Content Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Global Content Marketing Manager to be responsible for planning, developing, and executing on applications-based content development activities for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise in molecular biology and life science tools, along with professional and/or educational experience in Synthetic Biology, NGS and Biopharma development. Candidates should have strong experience in a strategic or tactical marketing role and demonstrate experience working cross-functionally in a matrix organization.

The Global Content Marketing Manager will coordinate multiple projects to be sure that they are benefiting each other and aligning with overall business goals. You will be tasked with developing content to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long-term goals. You will also be in charge of managing global market intelligence information, helping guide the direction of our product development and messaging.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work in the field to identify KOL’s and researchers willing to highlight their use of Twist technology for various applications and turn these into interesting content pieces that drive the utilization of Twist technology more broadly.
• Capture Voice of Customer, Voice of Market and Voice of Sales related to current products and future products to guide development of up to date, impactful content. Partner with Customer Experience to build and optimize VOC data warehouse to be leveraged across the business.
• In partnership with Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers, guide the development of copy and creative content for Twist markets, appropriately positioning products for research while conveying value propositions and clear product differentiation
• Successfully engage with writing and design consultants and internal design team to deliver high-quality assets, including, but not limited to, creative direction and content for print and digital collateral, PR, social media, customer-facing presentations, global tradeshow properties, and promotional materials.
• Maintain knowledge of the trends and competitive activity relevant to Twist Markets
• Interact with varying levels of internal and external personnel including direct customer communication, KOL engagement and management.
• Prepare and present progress and reports to program stakeholders assist team members when needed to accomplish team goals.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Life Sciences required
• 2+ years’ experience in market development role
• 5+ years previous experience in marketing management or program management administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
