As a Global Customer Reference Advisor at Boomi, you will be responsible for supporting our strategic, top-tier customer reference program - a critical piece of our sales and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for overall support of Boomi's Customer Reference Program including customer outreach, tracking of program results and program communications.You should possess strong direct engagement skills with field sellers and customer success, cross-function internal stakeholders, and most critically, key customers! 

What you'll do:

  • Develop relationships with key internal and external resources related to the Customer Reference Program
  • Own and maintain the database of reference contacts and  materials and ensure its currency and hygiene
  • Make informed decisions and nominations for engaging specific references
  • Collaborate on strategy for identifying target accounts for long-term development
  • Field requests for sales-related references (calls, materials, etc.)
  • Source customers to participate in Field Marketing events
  • Assist efforts in North America as well EMEA region
  • Maintain excellent records in CRM and other software tools

 The experience you bring:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of direct management for customer reference marketing and/or building a similar customer relationship development program
  • Minimum 2+ years of program or project management. Have simultaneously managed multiple high priority tasks or projects with competing deadlines, across various departments
  • Customer-facing experience initiating and fostering relationships with customers
  • Worked cross-functionally (especially with Sales, Success, Engineering and Support) in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus points if you have: 

  • Experience managing a customer reference program or as a customer reference manager
  • Subject matter expertise in services and technology solutions
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Program and project management experience

Compensation 
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our Vancouver hub ranges from 79,680 - 119,520 CAD annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
