The Hill's pet parent and veterinary-facing ecosystems are rapidly evolving in our increasingly digital world. As the leading division at Colgate Palmolive for both digital and eCommerce, Hill's needs to continue to strengthen our digital ecosystems to be available when and how pet parents and VHCT (veterinary health care teams) are looking for us.
The Global Digital Insights Analyst will support the Global Digital Transformation Team by owning the global online measurement strategy and enabling insights into action across the businesses. The scope of the role covers both the Pet and Vet-Facing Ecosystems, focusing on end to end customers journeys. Data sources will include, but are not limited to, media performance, site analytics (GA4), sales metrics, CRM (health and performance), journey mapping, heat maps and end-user feedback. This role will liaise with Analytic teams (Global & Local), Global Information Technology, Digital Transformation (Global & local), Agency Partners, Marketing, Vet Professionals Team, Customer Development, across the Hill's World (40+ markets).

This new global role is an exciting opportunity to champion data-driven decision making across Hill's teams by empowering our teams with access to data insights to improve our digital experiences and guiding our product measurement plans. You will play a fundamental role in connecting the dots between our data flows, visualizing our journeys and educating on the right KPIs to drive the business forward. You will be the owner of our measurement framework, continuous insights delivery and the pioneer of new insights capabilities and enablers across our systems.
What You Will Do:
30% Global Digital Measurement Lead
- Collaborate with the Global Digital Team to understand and develop key KPIs for each product within the ecosystem and work to refine and connect data sets to measure progress effectively. Highlight data gaps and connectivity opportunities
- Embed Web/CRM measurement KPIs across all product owners
- Lead monthly data-driven insights meeting with product owners, stakeholders, and product managers around the world
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to identify data and insights needs in order to bring insights and recommendations to Hill's teams and relevant forums.
- Act as primary point of contact for global GIT measurement and analytics implementation
- Align measurement and user testing framework with global leadership
- Collaborate with global product owners to establish business + technology hypotheses for the product ecosystem enhancement testing
- Own and drive A/B testing best practices and champion continuous testing principles across the business
- Establish retrospective analysis culture, evaluating impact of post activity
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement of KPIs
- Explore customer data to derive new insights and recommendations for improved segmentation and targeting
40 % Assess Technical Measurement and Visualization Capabilities
- Collaborate with Commercial teams and GIT to create integrated dashboards to visualize progress against KPIs and unveil user journey insights
- Assist in the transition and evergreen training to GA4 platform
- Measure, quantify and optimize complex marketing funnels and consumer journeys
- Establish advanced GA tracking events, data driven attribution modeling
- Partner with Global data and analytics to plan in new data ingestion/data clean up to fill gaps in measurement
- Partner with CRM data teams to coordinate 1P data segmentation into learnings and actionable commercial activity
- Establish insight rigor to ensure data integrity and that samples are representative
- Analyze which reporting elements and data sources (qualitative and quantitative) can be automated and what operational processes are required.
- Test and learn new measurement tools and define roles within measurement framework and best practice usage.
- Investigate new measurement solutions and AI-based predictive analytics software capabilities to derive deeper understanding of behaviors to improve our solutions for our customers and consumers
30 % Governance and Training
- Champion the understanding of data and insights with stakeholders and business partners, ensuring teams are operating based on insights with appropriate direct access to data.
- Collaborate and influence commercial and marketing teams to make more informed data-guided decisions
- Upskill cross functional Hills teams in "self-serve" data visualization and interpretation
- Build a community of digital insights enthusiasts to explore new opportunities, disseminate learnings
- Owner of new insights tools and training with teams, continued engagement and best practices
- Establish cadence of data audit/review with global and regional teams.
- Lead efforts to create and maintain training resources for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in troubleshooting of data issues/ data validation when issues arise
- Vendor management, ensuring budget planning, contract fulfillment, and performance monitoring
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum of 3 years of data interpretation, insights role
- Minimum of 3 years experience within the consumer packaged goods industry
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer-facing roles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or related field

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $79,200.00 - $111,000.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:
- Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
- Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements
- Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually
- Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
- Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
- Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
