We are seeking a Global Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.
Job Summary
Imprivata's Global Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing an optimized cross-channel digital strategy, leveraging search engine optimization (SEO) and paid media to generate high quality leads. This role is ideal for a proven digital marketer who values curiosity to stay on the cutting edge by testing and trying new ideas and methods. Reporting to the Vice President of Brand, Digital, and Communications, this role will have high visibility and involvement in strategic, operational, and tactical aspects of our website, SEO, and paid search programs that are critical in supporting the rapid growth of Imprivata's global business.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development, execution, and continued optimization of Imprivata's digital strategy, working cross-functionally to execute integrated revenue-generating plans that meet the objectives of internal stakeholders
  • Develop and manage all digital campaigns, including SEO, paid search, display advertising, paid social media, and ABM-based content syndication at both the product and market levels
  • Serve as the main POC for third-party digital marketing agencies, defining strategy and directing budget in alignment with Revenue Marketing team objectives and defined quarterly and yearly growth targets
  • Conduct quarterly off-page and technical SEO audits to ensure adherence to SEO best practices, and develop plans to optimize with defined quarterly and yearly targets
  • Leverage insights from Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other applications to identify and resolve issues, bugs, and glitches in GTM tagging and lead flow
  • Create high-performing nurture streams to capture and convert inbound leads from high-value/premium content
  • Maintain working knowledge with current trends in SEO, UI/UX, Google algorithm updates, etc.
  • Rigorously track, analyze, and optimize paid and organic campaigns to ensure budget is being deployed efficiently and effectively
  • Present and communicate with internal teams, including stakeholders with varied levels of SEO or digital marketing knowledge, on campaign timelines, milestones, and KPIs

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, computer science, marketing, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of previous web management, SEO, and paid search experience at an agency or within a corporate environment
  • Exceptional analytical strength in being able to ask the right questions, and draw the right conclusions from the performance data - both strategically and tactically
  • Experience with Drupal or other CMS
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and the initiative to lead advanced SEO projects
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, and other third-party tools (Moz, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Google and/or SEO Certifications a plus
  • Demonstrated success working directly with varied levels of stakeholders, including the ability to advise on effective SEO and paid search activities and plans
  • Ability to simultaneously manage deadlines for multiple projects and adapt to frequently changing priorities
  • Ability to work in teams and independently
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment
  • Outcome-focused and motivated by delivering measurable results
  • Knowledge of the B2B/SaaS space
  • Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
