Job Summary (General Responsibilities):

The Global Digital Marketing Specialist will be a key member of Belkin's dynamic global digital marketing team. They will be an influential voice in shaping the success of the fast-growing global Direct-to-consumer business. They will have the opportunity to partner with global leaders across multiple cross-functional organizations that include Brand, Social Media, CRM, PR, Sales, external agencies and creative partners. Their focus will be to increase Belkin's digital fluency by analyzing and optimizing existing and future digital content and experiences to ensure best-in-class storytelling / UX and to optimize for sell-through performance.

The ideal candidate will showcase their expertise and implement best-practices and winning strategies to deliver an exceptional customer experience and web content. They must have the capability to understand market dynamics, consumer trends and to synthesize and quickly action key insights and data. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced global environment, demonstrate initiative and be a strong collaborator and work with minimal supervision. They will lead multiple projects, conceptualize strategic opportunities and be ready to roll-up their sleeves to drive successful execution.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Partner with global cross-functional teams to support the launch of new products and campaigns.
  • Oversee the digital journey to enable eCommerce promotional calendar and campaigns.
  • Develop product and category landing pages in content management system.
  • Track and optimize site search and page redirects.
  • Help with planning, executing and tracking performance of A/B tests and overall test-and-learn methodology.
  • Process and update Marketing Communication Documents with relevant campaign details.
  • Take ownership of ongoing content optimization based on sell-through data, consumer advocacy, UGC and sales team insights.
  • Track web gallery image tagging for new product launch campaigns.
  • Partner with team and agency partners to audit and update SEO titles and keywords.
  • Maintaining various tracking systems to track ongoing dotcom activities (Jira, Excel, Workfront)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Marketing Managers, PR, Legal, etc.) to ensure accuracy of copy, specifications, legal marks, etc. for all materials produced.
  • Leverage analytics to guide digital-related strategies and optimize online brand positioning to drive engagement and purchase conversion.
  • Propose ideas for how to enhance and evolve quality of product and brand information via imagery, copy, and great user experiences in order to improve sell-through, create brand awareness and affinity, and increase customer engagement.
  • Regularly explore current online marketing trends and conduct frequent competitor analysis to ensure optimal online on-brand experiences.
  • Oversee marketing content syndication, content distribution processes and syndication enhancements and reporting.
  • Ensure digital-project deadlines and updates are communicated to global and cross-functional teams including APAC, EMEA, and ANZ.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience working in digital content marketing in consumer electronics or similar industry.
  • Passion for best-in-class online copy, imagery, design, UX and ecommerce.
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiar with digital marketing/social media tools, CRM and understanding of digital terminology.
  • Project management experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline.

The starting base salary for this position is:

$65,000

Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, compensation also includes a performance-based bonus, and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
