Role Overview: As a Senior IT Project Lead, you will spearhead the digitalization efforts, managing complex projects and leading a team of IT specialists. Your primary responsibility will be to transition paper-based systems to efficient IT applications, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity. Leveraging your experience in project management, you will oversee the integration of diverse systems post-acquisition, ensuring a cohesive IT infrastructure across the organization.

• Oversee the integration of various systems post-acquisition, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of IT specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize IT processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, prioritize tasks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to streamline workflows and track progress effectively.
