Work Location: New York, NY (Bryant Park)
 
Salary: $184,000-$230,000
(Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus, equity and other benefits.) 

About the Role  

We’re looking for a FinTech expert to lead the expansion of BEES Pay, our customer-centric solution for accepting digital and alternative payments on our platform globally. This role requires high expertise in cross-border payments, given the footprint of BEES and our emphasis on informal markets. 

What you'll do  

• Partner with & guide technology teams to ideate and execute on the BEES Pay vision, while partnering with the BEES expansion team to understand nuances of the countries we operate in. 
• Work with financial partners and institutions around the world to negotiate partnerships with BEES/AB InBev 
• Partner with internal legal and tech security teams to understand regulatory environment/limitations & maintain compliance within BEES financial products  
• Incorporate financial products into the BEES customer journey, partnership model, and AB InBev ecosystem to drive profitability and new revenue streams  

What you'll bring  

• 10+ years of experience innovating in the financial technology space (eCommerce, FinTech, Banking ecosystem preferred).  
• Strong Product Management background in the Financial Products space 
• Significant experience with global markets and cross-border payments is a must. 
• A hands-on, innovative mindset, and the ability to build comprehensive and creative solutions for complex commercial challenges. 
• Extensive leadership experience in complex, global matrixed business environments
