As a Global Director, HR Operations supporting Global Human Resources based out of Fort Worth, Texas, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Define, socialize and deploy global HR Operations framework for case management, analysis of both end-user and HR Ops user experience incorporating needs of HR Help Center, business and other key stakeholders.
• Establishes productivity measurements, visual management/dashboard reporting, and drives broad adoption of HR Operations processes across the organization.
• Develops Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that meet the needs of the business - then is governed by those agreements in day-to-day HR shared services operations.
• Reviews historical information and identifies trends to determine achievement of SLAs while providing continuous improvement to the processes.
• Manages all applicable vendor relationships, including performance measurements and reporting. Regularly assesses vendor performance with regards to the changing marketplace environment to ensure that vendor is delivering best-in-market services and is focused on continuous process improvement.
• Define, socialize and deploy HR Operation process documentation framework for end-to-end process and standard operational procedures management
• Partners with Financial Assurance team (FA) to define and align on controls and ensures compliance to SOX related controls and adherence to regulations.
• Leads / manages the HR Operations Enablement team including Compliance management and Continuous improvement.
• Monitors organization performance, metrics, and vendor management to control operational cost and quality, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Provides oversight for annual programs, M&A activities and other special projects.
• Assesses and implements opportunities and suggestions for continuous improvement
• Partners with HR Ops leadership, COEs and HR BPs to drive required changes and process improvements to align HR activities to meet the organizations goals and objectives.

Education:

Bachelors degree required.

Languages:

Essential: Fluent written and spoken English

Experience/Professional Requirement:

• 15+ years' experience in global HR operations or IT systems & support
• Six Sigma or strong process design/simplification skills
• Strong project management and operational skills
• 5+ years leading cross functional HR projects
• 3+ years managing vendors and contract renewals; including budget and cost savings initiatives
• 3+ years in ServiceNow other case management system
• 10+ years as a people leader
• 2+ years actively using Six Sigma or other CI methodologies
• Advanced experience using MS office suite (special focus on word, power point and excel)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written); especially in a multi-cultural team & customer environment
• Strong leadership skills in a matrix environment
• Strong collaborative partnership skills to ensure the effective execution of HCM and other HR life cycles services
• Skilled in effective leadership, people management and development
