Role Overview:

As Global Director of Programme Management, you will be pivotal in identifying and facilitating the best outcomes for EOS IT Solutions and our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include overall strategic and operational responsibility for all programme areas. Your mission is to develop deep knowledge of program operations and business strategy, and you will focus on the following three areas: program leadership and management, knowledge management, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities of the Global Programme Manager 

• Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence.
• Demonstrate the consistent quality of finance and administration, communications, and systems; recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the program goals.
• Attract, develop, coach, and retain high-performance team members, empowering them to elevate their level of responsibility, a span of control, and performance.
• Work with employees to develop systems to ensure consistent, high-quality project management.
• Develop the necessary systems, processes, and tools to support better the facilitation, collection, and sharing of knowledge generated by the programs.
• Work collaboratively with the senior management team to integrate cross-program activities and functions.
• Expand revenue-generating activities to support the growth of EOS IT Solutions; cultivate existing relationships and develop new ones.

Qualifications:

The Global Director of Programme Management will be committed to EOS IT Solutions' strategy and mission. All candidates must have demonstrated leadership, coaching, and relationship management experience, with demonstrable success managing a large-scale global project management office.

• Advanced relevant degree, with at least ten years of management experience.
• Integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed, with a demonstrated passion for EOS IT Solutions mission and commitment to working collaboratively with a management team of senior professionals.
• The ideal candidate will have taken a hands-on approach to leading various initiatives and have a track record of effectively leading a performance—and outcome-based project management office. They will have developed and operationalized strategies that have taken an organization to the next growth stage.
• The successful candidate will have recruited, managed, and developed a strong team of program/project managers and development professionals. The individual will be a “player/coach” to motivate and mentor their team.
• The successful candidate will be a voice/advocate of EOS IT Solutions. They will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be persuasive, credible, and polished communicators, and have excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills.
