The Global Director, Talent Acquisition is a new role and will work across Interbrand's international network of offices and employees. It will be based in one of the following offices: New York, London, Milan, Madrid or Cologne.

THE ROLE:

  • Shape and lead Talent Acquisition function globally.  Work with Global Chief People Officer (GCPO) to define strategy and implement to reposition function as strategic, commercial, and proactive contributor to Interbrand.
  • Lead and manage team of TA specialists around the network to ensure delivery of a high performing Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Design internal process and approach to Talent Acquisition at Interbrand, shaping all stages to ensure that candidates have a strong experience with Interbrand as a prospective employer.
  • Streamline recruitment process, making better use of technology, specifically company wide adoption of Greenhouse ATS. 
  • Work with our DEI Teams to develop a strategy that ensures we attract a diverse talent pool, review processes, and adopt a best in class approach to talent acquisition that offers a fair, inclusive and equal opportunity for all.
  • Work with Global and Senior Leadership and People Teams to plan talent needs, head counts, and to identify and solve for capability gaps.
  • Work with Resource Management to ensure real time understanding of talent needs.
  • Work with GCPO, People Board and Global Marketing Agency to define and implement activation of our People Promise externally to attract the best talent.  Consider how we build our presence in the talent market.
  • Work with Senior Leadership to design and implement action plan against “hard to recruit” capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships with local People teams and hiring managers, partnering with them to effectively source talent.
  • Develop and manage talent pipelines to fulfill future requirements via networking and relationship building.
  • Where appropriate develop relationships with partners to support our talent acquisition approach eg. educational institutions, DEI partners etc.
  • Build relationships with selected recruiters (to be kept to a minimum) and ensure all partnership agreements are appropriate and in place.
  • Develop and measure appropriate TA KPI’s, including diversity data.
  • Manage the offer process with candidates, liaising with finance in terms of budgets and approvals.
  • Manage pre and onboarding process to ensure great candidate-to-employee experience and work with Global Performance and Learning teams to ensure content is up to date and appropriate.

YOU BRING:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems

COMPENSATION (only applicable if the employee is hired in the US)

  • Base salary range of $125k to $175k
  • This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Interbrand in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; other business and organizational needs; and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
